The suggested itinerary is to be a basic draft of your travel and volunteering plans, that includes the chosen placement details of weeks and dates with the package price and placement costs.

Once you have completed all the steps (from 1 to 3) your suggested itinerary, plus Registration Form, Volunteer’s Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter, are then sent to IVI’s office (as mentioned in Step 3) and being used to set up your folder, they are then given to your Program Coordinator.

No costs are paid until you have agreed with the Itinerary received your Program Coordinator.

Your Program Co-ordinator then sets up your actual suggested program having checked the availability of your selected placement(s) and that your itinerary then fits with your travel plans.

Please Note:- Applicants are not be able to receive their suggested program before their Program Coordinator has received all the information contained in the forms listed in the 3 steps related to the Suggested Itinerary.

If you would like to add the placement back into the itinerary please repeat Step 1.

To shift the placement up the list to when you want to take part (i.e. move the placement up from 3rd placement to 1st placement on the list).

To shift the placement down the list to when you want to take part. (i.e. move the placement down from 2nd placement to 4th placement on the list).
