IVI Application Fee

‘-This is a USD$275 deposit per person to secure your volunteer placement.
-Payment can be made using your credit/debit card through Paypal or by direct credit.
-Payment confirmation will be emailed automatically upon payment.
-24 to 48 hours later, an invoice outlining the confirmed program/s, dates, amount paid, amount outstanding and due dates will be emailed to you.
-Final payment is then due 30 days prior to start date.  Payment Instructions will be provided on your invoice.
-Once final payment is received, a complete program pack with details will be sent including specific locations, contacts, airport transfer pick-up and related program detail.
-If your volunteer application is not approved, or IVI is unable to provide the placement specified, your deposit will be refunded.
-In all other circumstances, this is a non-refundable deposit.
