IVI Application Fee
Once you’ve been accepted onto one of our volunteer programs, you’ll need to pay your $299 application fee. This covers all of your pre-departure support, and secures your spot on the program. See here for a more detailed guide on how to apply.

Pay Application Fee
- This is a USD $299 deposit per person to secure your volunteer placement.
- Payment can be made using your credit/debit card securely through Paypal (above) or by electronic funds transfer (ask us for the account details).
- Payment confirmation will be emailed automatically upon payment.
- 24 hours later, an invoice outlining your confirmed project/s, dates, amount paid, amount outstanding and due dates will be emailed to you.
- Final payment is then due 30 days prior to start date. Payment Instructions will be provided on your invoice.
- Once final payment is received, a complete program pack with details will be sent including specific locations, contacts, airport transfer pick-up and related program details.
